Rina Barak, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with over 12 years of experience specializing in pediatric communication disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and multidisciplinary program development.
Rina began her career at SLEA as a clinician, where she focused on delivering individualized, collaborative care across disciplines and settings. She advanced into leadership as Director of Speech Therapy, where she oversaw clinical teams across clinic, school, and virtual environments and helped build a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence.
As CEO, Rina leads all clinical and operational functions at SLEA, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral services, and educational therapy. She is committed to fostering an employee-owned culture, developing strong clinical leaders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality care across all services.
