Lauren Henderson, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with over 12 years of experience specializing in pediatric communication disorders, assistive technology, and clinical program operations.

Lauren began her career at SLEA as a clinician and has developed extensive experience across clinic, school, and multidisciplinary therapy settings. She is known for her strong operational mindset and ability to support both clinical teams and organizational growth.

As COO, Lauren oversees day-to-day operations across all SLEA programs, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong team performance, and high-quality care across settings. She plays a key role in scaling operations and supporting clinical teams across disciplines.
