Benjamin Gonzalez, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience specializing in applied behavior analysis, behavior reduction, and school-based interventions.

Benjamin has worked across home, school, and clinic settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of behavioral needs. He has extensive experience developing and implementing treatment plans focused on reducing challenging behaviors and increasing functional, positive behaviors.

At SLEA, Benjamin oversees behavioral services and program operations, supporting clinical teams and ensuring effective implementation of evidence-based interventions. He works closely with school districts, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress toward IEP and behavioral goals.
