Dr. Baily Zubel, OTD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist specializing in pediatric therapy, communication development, and multidisciplinary care.

Baily has advanced training in pediatric occupational therapy and has conducted doctoral research focused on intentional communication, pediatric mental health, and the integration of theory, research, and clinical practice. She is passionate about supporting children through relationship-based and developmentally appropriate interventions.

At SLEA, Baily oversees occupational therapy and speech therapy program operations, supporting clinical quality, program development, and team collaboration across disciplines. She plays a key role in ensuring consistency and effectiveness of care across settings.
