Ashley brings experience across healthcare, ABA, service, and hospitality industries, with a strong focus on building effective teams and supporting organizational growth. She is known for developing systems that support employee development, retention, and workplace culture.

As CHRO, Ashley leads all human resources functions at SLEA, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee experience. She plays a key role in building scalable systems that support clinician growth and maintain a strong, collaborative culture.
